Enterprise-class content management system vendor Storyblok, situated in Linz, Austria, raised $47M in Series B funding.
First minute Capital and 3VC also participated in the round, which was co-led by Mubadala Capital and HV Capital.
The business, which has already raised $11m, plans to use the cash for the following purposes:
speed up product development and keep improving the CMS for programmers and marketers who want to scale their storytelling,
growth into APAC, Europe, and the U.S., as well as
expansion of the partner and app ecosystem.
Storyblok is a content management system (CMS) that enables developers and marketers to offer content experiences on any digital platform. It was founded in 2017 by Dominik Angerer and Alexander Feiglstorfer. Through a collaborative visual editor and adjustable workflow, developers construct adaptable components that are separately maintained by content teams.
Currently, 120,000 projects have been created using Storyblok by 74,000 developers and marketers from more than 130 countries. Leading companies use Storyblok to arrange content and deliver better stories instantly and across all channels, like Adidas, Renault, and Marc O’Polo.
